Whitney Houston and Dana Bash
Whitney Elizabeth Houston was the youngest child of singer Dionne Warswick, and gospel singer Cissy Houston. Whitney Elizabeth Houston grew as a child in a household of musicians. In Newark Whitney, she began singing with the church choir in the early years of her childhood. At the age 15 she joined her mom in singing background vocals on Chaka's smash Im Every Woman from 1978. In 1981, she worked as a fashion model and also appeared on the Seventeen cover. She also performed backing vocals to Jermaine and Lou Rawls. The singer was first a featured vocalist for the The New York-based New York Funk band Material. Her quality of vocal work attracted attention from major record label Arista where she signed up in 1983. Whitney Houston, her debut album that debuted in 1985 was the top-selling album of the debut artist. Singles such as The Most Beautiful Love of All, How Will I Know If You Give Good Love, and Save All My Love were all released from the album. The songs allowed Houston to reach seven US top tens, which surpassed even the top tens of The Beatles. It sold three million copies its first year, and over 25 million worldwide. Her first six Grammy Awards. The Whitney 1987 record, featuring The album's tracks, such as Where Do Broken Hearts and I Wanna Dance With Somebody as songs, grew on her success. The 1992 film The Bodyguard sealed her spot among the top-selling musicians of all-time. The film and her part as a character was not well received, but the soundtrack and her rendition of the song by Dolly Parton I Will Always Love You was a hit for a few months in the charts, and she sold more than 44 million singles and albums all over the world. In the same year, she got married to Bobby Brown who was a ex- New Edition singer. She had their sole daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown. They were married in March 1993. Around this time that her widely documented usage of drugs began. By 1996, she was a regular addict.
Dana Bash is also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz and she is employed by CNN as a reporter, anchorwoman and political reporter. Her programs on Saturdays are Evans & Novak Late Edition, Inside Politics and Inside Politics. Bash has received many awards and was included on the Women in Washington Power List from Elle magazine. Known to possess incredible anchoring/reporting skills she is admired by many young journalists in the industry. This George Washington University graduate is an extremely loving mom of a son. She was twice married and currently isn't. Bash loves her supporters to the core.
