Jill AND Mary

Jillian Hennessy, born on the year 1968 on November 25 and is known for being a gifted Canadian musician, actor and music producer. Her contributions to American TV are well-known. She has been praised for her outstanding performance on the American television show Law & Order in which she played Claire Kincaid as a prosecutor for three seasons, and Crossing Jordan, wherein she was Jordan Cavanaugh the main character for six years. She also put her acting abilities evident in the films RoboCop 3 Most Wanted as well as Chutney Popcorn & The Acting Class. In these independent films, she showed off her co-directing and writing muscles. Her acting career started in 1988 when she and her twin sister were the characters in Dead Ringers. In the year 1990, she was in a short stint on Broadway in the role of Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story. Her next move was into science-fiction and was her first role as Dr. Marie Lazarus (RoboCop 3) in 1993. The big break came at the end of 1993, when she was cast as Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid on the hit NBC drama Law & Order. In these roles, she won a Golden Globe Award in 2006 and Emmy Award in 2007. Parker was awarded the Tony Award 2001 for Best Actress in the Broadway Play Proof.
